Registration Deadline Looms:  Nothing like a ticking clock…

Tomorrow marks the first registration deadline for SXSW 2008.  All badge prices increase as of the end of the day on Friday, September 28 - add another $50 for the platinum badge, $25 for all others.  Hit the registration page for all the details.

While I’ve got your attention (and I do have your attention, right?), it’s worth noting that many of the more popular downtown hotels have already sold out for Music.  What’s more, the Hampton Downtown is already booked solid for the whole of SXSWeek - both IA/Film and Music.  SXSW HQ says these hotels are selling out earlier than ever.  If you’re planning to attend in 2008, and you want to stay within walking distance of ACC, now would be a good time to check out the SXSW hotel page.
