Our second preview of South by Southwest is Hugh Forrest from the Interactive conference - now established as one of the flagship conferences of the tech world. Hugh and I cover a number of issues, including how late can the plans change; does panel picker promote diversity at SXSW interactive; deciding on the keynote speakers and inviting people back to speak again; the party scene; and the growth of SXSW.
