Two weeks left to applt for the SXSWi 2013 scholarships
The SXSW Interactive Scholarship this year is looking to support people working with new media in their communities, and to help them get to Austin in March so they can make new connections, friends, and contacts in the tech world. If that sounds like you (or someone you know), then you need to get writing.
Those of you looking to enter have just under two weeks to submit a 300 word pitch to the SXSW team on this year’s question.
Who is using technology or new media to do the most innovative work for good within their community?
Entries need to be received by 2359 on Friday September 14th, after which the SXSW Staff and CauseShift will sift through the applications to find five essays. Those essays will earn two registrations for SXSW Interactive 2013, one for the essay writer, and one for the subject of the essay.
