SXSW announce Memorial Concert for Brent Grulke
Following the sudden death of Brent Grulke earlier this month, Ronald Swenson and the SXSW team have announced the details of a memorial concert to be held at ACL Live at Moody’s Theatre on September 8th running from 6pm till at least midnight.
“Grulkefest: A Celebration of Brent / 1961-2012” will feature Doctors’ Mob, Fastball, Glass Eye, the Reivers, Sixteen Deluxe, True Believers, the Wannabes, Wild Seeds and other special guests.
Tickets cost between $20 and $35, with all proceeds going towards the Graham Grulke Education Fund. More details and tickets can be found at ACL-Live.
